                     Whereas paragraph 41(3)(b) of the Public Service Superannuation Act provides that the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee shall consist of six members appointed from among persons who are nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees;

                     And whereas the persons named in the annexed schedule were nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees;

                     Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 41(3)(b) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, hereby reappoints the persons named in the annexed schedule, to be members of the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                     Attendu que l’alinéa 41(3)b) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique prévoit que le Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique est composé de six membres choisis parmi les candidats proposés par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada,

                     Attendu que les personnes mentionnées à l’annexe ci-jointe sont les candidats proposés par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada,

                     À ces causes, sur recommandation de la présidente du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 41(3)b) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat des personnes mentionnées à l’annexe ci-jointe, membres du Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans.
