His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits interest in the amounts of $1,795.40 and $2,931.64, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Hazret Keskin for the 1989 and 1996 taxation years, and all relevant interest on the amounts.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise des sommes de 1 795,40 $ et 2 931,64 $, payées ou à payer par Hazret Keskin pour les années d’imposition 1989 et 1996, respectivement, à titre d’intérêts en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu, ainsi que des intérêts afférents.
