His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints to the position of Special Adviser to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, William J.S. Elliott of Ottawa, Ontario, to be styled Special Representative of INTERPOL to the United Nations, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($213,700 - $251,300), effective November 21, 2011.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme William J.S. Elliott, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, devant porter le titre de représentant spécial d’INTERPOL aux Nations-Unies, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (213 700 $ - 251 300 $), à compter du 21 novembre 2011.
