   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of Ken Sandhu, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Head Office) and Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Protection Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board, for the period he is acting as Chairperson, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($222,700 - $262,000), commencing on June 17, 2011, and until such time as the Chairperson returns to his position.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe le traitement de Ken Sandhu, commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Siège social) et vice-président de la Section de la protection des réfugiés de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (222 700 $ - 262 000 $), commençant le 17 juin 2011, jusqu’au retour au travail du président.
