His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby approves that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation enter into a lease agreement with Equinix Canada Ltd., for a portion of real property within the Canadian Broadcasting Centre at 250 Front Street West in Toronto, Ontario, for a term of twenty-one years with three options to renew the lease for periods of five years each, for a total consideration in excess of $4,000,000.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 48(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise la Société Radio-Canada à conclure un bail avec Equinix Canada Ltd. relativement à une partie d’un bien immeuble dans le Centre canadien de radiodiffusion, situé au 250, rue Front Ouest, à Toronto (Ontario), lequel bail est d’une durée de vingt et un ans et prévoit trois options de renouvellement pour des périodes de cinq ans chacune et d’une valeur totale dépassant 4 000 000 $.
