His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 67 of the Constitution Act, 1867, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2011-1171 of October 6, 2011 by replacing paragraphs (h) to (j) with the following:

(h) appoints the Honourable Karen M. Weiler to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective October 29, 2011;

(i) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Karen M. Weiler as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective November 7, 2011;

(j) appoints the Honourable Marc Rosenberg to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective November 7, 2011;

(k) terminates the appointment of the Honourable Marc Rosenberg as Administrator of the Government of Ontario, effective November 12, 2011; and

(l) appoints the Honourable Warren K. Winkler to be Administrator of the Government of Ontario, to execute the office and functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario during the absence, illness or other inability of the Lieutenant Governor, effective November 12, 2011.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 67 de la Loi constitutionnelle de 1867, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2011-1171 du 6 octobre 2011 en remplaçant les alinéas h) à j) par ce qui suit :

h) nomme l’honorable Karen M. Weiler à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’elle remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 29 octobre 2011;

i) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Karen M. Weiler au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 7 novembre 2011;

j) nomme l’honorable Marc Rosenberg à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 7 novembre 2011;

k) met fin à la nomination de l’honorable Marc Rosenberg au poste d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario, avec prise d’effet le 12 novembre 2011;

l) nomme l’honorable Warren K. Winkler à titre d’administrateur du gouvernement de l’Ontario afin qu’il remplisse les fonctions de lieutenant-gouverneur de l’Ontario durant l’absence, la maladie ou autre incapacité de ce dernier, avec prise d’effet le 12 novembre 2011.
