                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of

Karen Ellis of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Michael Nurse, whose term has expired.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux de Karen Ellis, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Michael Nurse, dont le mandat a pris fin.
