                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Public Works and Government Services of Nancy M. Penner of Calgary, Alberta, as a director of Defence Construction (1951) Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 - $3,800).

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux de Nancy M. Penner, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur de Construction de défense (1951) Limitée, à titre amovible, pour une période de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunératon est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ - 3 800 $).
