   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsections 18(4) and 18(7) of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, as approved, given effect and declared valid by subsection 3(1) of the Western Arctic (Inuvialuit) Claims Settlement Act, with the consent of Inuvialuit and Industry as evidenced by letters dated March 8, 2011 and March 24, 2011 respectively, hereby re-appoints Stindar Lal, Q.C., of Courtice, Ontario, as Chairman of the Arbitration Board (Inuvialuit) for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu des paragraphes 18(4) et 18(7) de la Convention définitive avec les Inuvialuit, approuvée, mise en vigueur et déclarée valide par le paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi sur le règlement des revendications des Inuvialuit de la région ouest de l’Arctique, avec le consentement des Inuvialuit et d’industrie, tel qu’attesté par les lettres datées du 8 mars 2011 et du 24 mars 2011 respectivement, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Stindar Lal, c.r., de Courtice (Ontario), à titre de président de la Commission d’arbitrage (Inuvialuit) pour une période de trois ans.
