His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Western Economic Diversification, pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(f) of the Western Economic Diversification Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Western Economic Diversification, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into the Canada-Saskatchewan Agreement on a Business Service Centre with the government of Saskatchewan to jointly operate the Canada-Saskatchewan Business Service Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which agreement is substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 6(1)f) de la Loi sur la diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve que le ministre de la Diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien conclue avec le gouvernement de la Saskatchewan, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Entente Canada-Saskatchewan sur un centre de services aux entreprises, lequel accord vise l’exploitation conjointe du Centre de services aux entreprises Canada-Saskatchewan situé à Saskatoon (Saskatchewan) et est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
