His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the portion of the 2011-2015 corporate plan of VIA Rail Canada Inc. relating to the period commencing on January 1, 2011 and ending on December 31, 2011.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la partie du plan d’entreprise de 2011-2015 de VIA Rail Canada Inc. relative à la période commençant le 1^er janvier 2011 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2011.
