His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Louis Lévesque, Deputy Minister of International Trade, or Jonathan Fried, Ambassador of Canada to Japan, or Robert Derouin, Minister and Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Canada to Japan, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord commercial anti-contrefaçon;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Louis Lévesque, sous-ministre du Commerce international, ou Jonathan Fried, ambassadeur du Canada auprès du Japon, ou Robert Derouin, ministre et chef de mission adjoint, ambassade du Canada auprès du Japon, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord commercial anti-contrefaçon.
