His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, in accordance with the Muncey Village Settlement Agreement dated July 22, 1994, hereby sets apart for the use and benefit of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation as an addition to Chippewas of the Thames First Nation Indian Reserve No. 42 in Ontario, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 319.106 hectares (788.52 acres), including mines and minerals.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, et conformément à l’accord intitulé Muncey Village Settlement Agreement daté du 22 juillet 1994, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté, à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation Chippewas of the Thames, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne de la Première Nation Chippewas of the Thames Indian Reserve n^o 42 en Ontario, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 319,106 hectares (788,52 acres), mines et minéraux compris.
