His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the interest is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits interest in the amount of $752, paid or payable under Part I of the Income Tax Act by Michele McGhie for the 1993 taxation year, having accrued during the period beginning on January 30, 2006 and ending on October 31, 2007, and all relevant interest on that interest.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant que la perception en est injuste, fait remise de la somme de 752 $, payée ou à payer par Michele McGhie en vertu de la partie I de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu à titre d’intérêts accumulés durant la période allant du 30 janvier 2006 au 31 octobre 2007 pour l’année d’imposition 1993, ainsi que des intérêts sur ces intérêts.
