                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby appoints the following persons to be full-time members of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective June 16, 2003:

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme les personnes suivantes, commissaires à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 16 juin 2003 :
