   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Angela Ferrante of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement, par le ministre des Transports, du mandat d’Angela Ferrante, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d'administration de VIA Rail Canada Inc. à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans.
