   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Nick Careen of Jerseyside, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of Marine Atlantic Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement, par le ministre des Transports, du mandat de Nick Careen, de Jerseyside (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans.
