                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby reappoints Gurcharan Singh Bhatia of Edmonton, Alberta, to be a citizenship judge for a term of one year on a part-time basis, effective July 4, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur la citoyenneté, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Gurcharan Singh Bhatia, d’Edmonton (Alberta), juge de la citoyenneté, pour un mandat d’un an, à temps partiel, à compter du 4 juillet 2003.
