   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 3 of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board Order, hereby reappoints Richard Francis of Kingsclear First Nation, New Brunswick, as a member of the National Aboriginal Economic Development Board, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’article 3 de l’Arrêté sur l’Office national de développement économique des autochtones, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Richard Francis, de Kingsclear First Nation (Nouveau-Brunswick), membre de l’Office national de développement économique des autochtones, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
