His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2010-1385 of November 4, 2010 by replacing “Broccolini Construction Inc.” with “7722729 Canada Inc.”.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 48(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2010-1385 du 4 novembre 2010 en remplaçant « Broccolini Construction Inc. » par « 7722729 Canada Inc. ».
