His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, hereby appoints the following persons, each of whom is a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, to be deputy judges of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behavior until attaining the age of seventy-five years:

(a) the Honourable Nancy M. Mossip; and

(b) the Honourable Nancy J. Spies.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme les personnes ci-après, chacune étant juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, juges adjointes de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible et jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent l’âge de soixante-quinze ans :

a) l’honorable Nancy M. Mossip;

b) l’honorable Nancy J. Spies.
