Whereas, pursuant to section 26 of the Energy Efficiency Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Energy Efficiency Regulations, substantially in the annexed form, was published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on June 12, 2010;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to sections 20 and 25 of the Energy Efficiency Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Energy Efficiency Regulations.

Attendu que, en vertu de l’article 26 de la Loi sur l’efficacité énergétique, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’efficacité énergétique, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I, le 12 juin 2010,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des articles 20 et 25 de la Loi sur l’efficacité énergétique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’efficacité énergétique, ci-après.
