                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Courts Administration Service Act, hereby appoints Robert M. Emond of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Administrator of the Courts Administration Service, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 7 ($153,500 - $180,600), effective July 2, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 5 et 6 de la Loi sur le Service administratif des tribunaux judiciaires, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Robert M. Emond, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste d’administrateur en chef du Service administratif des tribunaux judiciaires, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle GCQ 7 (153 500 $ - 180 600 $), à compter du 2 juillet 2003.
