His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby terminates the appointments, as official receivers, of the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry:

(a) Heather Beaulieu of Calgary, Alberta;

(b) Delores Howell of Halifax, Nova Scotia;

(c) Diane Jarwa of Montréal, Quebec; and

(d) Martha Wallace of Toronto, Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met fin aux nominations, à titre de séquestres officiels, des fonctionnaires ci-après du Bureau du surintendant des faillites du ministère de l’Industrie :

a) Heather Beaulieu, de Calgary (Alberta);

b) Delores Howell, de Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse);

c) Diane Jarwa, de Montréal (Québec);

d) Martha Wallace, de Toronto (Ontario).
