His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, hereby appoints, during pleasure, the following officers of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of the Department of Industry as Official Receivers for all bankruptcy districts and divisions in Canada:

(a) Nancy Aubertin of Ottawa, Ontario;

(b) Heather Chan of Calgary, Alberta;

(c) Manon Corbeil of Calgary, Alberta;

(d) Mélissa Houle of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec;

(e) Brian Morrissey of Winnipeg, Manitoba; and

(f) Rob Pooni of Vancouver, British Columbia

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu du paragraphe 12(2) de la Loi sur la faillite et l’insolvabilité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme séquestres officiels, à titre amovible, pour tous les districts et toutes les divisions de faillites au Canada, les fonctionnaires ci-après du Bureau du surintendant des faillites du ministère de l’Industrie :

a) Nancy Aubertin, d’Ottawa (Ontario);

b) Heather Chan, de Calgary (Alberta);

c) Manon Corbeil, de Calgary (Alberta);

d) Mélissa Houle, de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec);

e) Brian Morrissey, de Winnipeg (Manitoba);

f) Rob Pooni, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique).
