His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to accede, on behalf of Canada, to the Third Protocol Amending the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia.
