   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary of David William Langtry, Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, for the period he is acting as Chief Commissioner, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($218,700 - $257,400), commencing on September 1, 2010, and until such time as the Chief Commissioner returns to her position.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe le traitement annuel de David William Langtry, vice-président de la   Commission canadienne des droits de la personne, pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président, conformément à l ~ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l ~ échelle GCQ 8 (218 700 $ - 257 400 $), à compter du 1er septembre 2010 jusqu’au retour au travail de la présidente.
