   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Nada Semaan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($182,400 - $214,700), effective July 11, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Nada Semaan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre déléguée du Patrimoine canadien, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (182 400 $ - 214 700 $), à compter du 11 juillet 2011.
