   Whereas pursuant to subsection 11.1(1) of the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Act, the Governor in Council shall appoint an advisory panel of at least two members from each province and territory;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to subsection 11.1(1) of the Payments in Lieu of Taxes Act, hereby:

 (a) reappoints the person named in Schedule A, as a member of the advisory panel to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

 (b) appoints the persons named in Schedule B, to be members of the advisory panel to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

   Attendu qu’en vertu du paragraphe 11.1(1) de la Loi sur les paiements versés en remplacement d’impôts, le gouverneur en conseil constitue un comité consultatif composé d’au moins deux membres de chaque province et territoire,

   À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu du paragraphe 11.1(1) de la Loi sur les paiements versés en remplacement d’impôts, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a) renouvelle le mandat de la personne mentionnée à l’annexe A, membre du comité consultatif à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

 b) nomme les personnes mentionnées à l’annexe B, membres du comité consultatif à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
