   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to section 29 of the Farm Products Agencies Act, hereby

 (a) terminates the appointment of the firm of Kingston Ross Pasnak of Edmonton, Alberta, as auditor for the Canadian Beef Cattle Research, Market Development and Promotion Agency, effective June 30, 2011; and

 (b) appoints the firm of Meyers Norris Penny LLP of Calgary, Alberta, to be the auditor for the Canadian Beef Cattle Research, Market Development and Promotion Agency, to audit its accounts and financial transactions for the fiscal period commencing on July 1, 2011 and ending on June 30, 2016.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’article 29 de la Loi sur les offices des produits agricoles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

 a) met fin à la nomination de la société Kingston Ross Pasnak, d’Edmonton (Alberta), à titre de vérificateur de l’Office canadien de recherche, de développement des marchés et de promotion des bovins de boucherie, à compter du 30 juin 2011;

 b) nomme la société Meyers Norris Penny LLP, de Calgary (Alberta), vérificateur pour l’Office canadien de recherche, de développement des marchés et de promotion des bovins de boucherie et la charge de vérifier les comptes et opérations financières de cet Office pour l’exercice commençant le 1^er juillet 2011 et se terminant le 30 juin 2016.
