   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 4 of the National Film Act, hereby re-appoints John Hutton of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a member of the National Film Board to hold office for a term of three years.
