   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby reappoints Stephen Rudin of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective August 1, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Stephen Rudin, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er août 2011.
