   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Finance of Arthur William McMackin of Rothesay, New Brunswick, as a director of the Board of Directors of PPP Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve le renouvellement par le ministre des Finances du mandat d’Arthur William McMackin, de Rothesay (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur du conseil d’administration de PPP Canada Inc., à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans.
