His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport

(a) enter into the Port of Prince Rupert Container Terminal Projects Agreement between Her Majesty in right of Canada, the Prince Rupert Port Authority and the Kitsumkalum First Nation; and

(b) enter into the Port of Prince Rupert Container Terminal Projects Agreement between Her Majesty in right of Canada, the Prince Rupert Port Authority and the Kitselas First Nation.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports :

a) de l’accord sur les projets d’aménagement d’un terminal à conteneurs dans le port de Prince Rupert entre sa Majesté du chef du Canada, l’Administration portuaire de Prince Rupert et la Première Nation de Kitsumkalum;

b) de l’accord sur les projets d’aménagement d’un terminal à conteneurs dans le port de Prince Rupert entre sa Majesté du chef du Canada, l’Administration portuaire de Prince Rupert et la Première Nation de Kitselas.
