His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 39(1)(c) and section 40 of the Indian Act, hereby accepts the designation made to Her Majesty in right of Canada by the Neskonlith First Nation of a portion of the Neskonlith Indian Reserve No. 2 in the Province of British Columbia for leasing purposes, which designation was assented to by the Neskonlith First Nation on June 24, 2010, and is set out in the attached schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 39(1)c) et de l’article 40 de la Loi sur les Indiens, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accepte la désignation faite à Sa Majesté du chef du Canada par la Première Nation Neskonlith d’une partie de la réserve indienne Neskonlith n^o 2, dans la province de la Colombie-Britannique, à des fins de location à bail, laquelle désignation a été sanctionnée par la Première Nation Neskonlith le 24 juin 2010 et figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
