   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 39(4) of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, hereby reappoints Mario Dion of Ottawa, Ontario, as Public Sector Integrity Commissioner on an interim basis for a term ending December 19, 2011, or until such time as a new Public Sector Integrity Commissioner is appointed, whichever is earlier, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($165,400 - $194,700), effective June 22, 2011.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 39(4) de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil confie de nouveau à Mario Dion, d’Ottawa (Ontario), l’intérim du commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public pour un mandat se terminant le 19 décembre 2011, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau commissaire à l’intégrité du secteur public soit nommé, selon la première de ces éventualités, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (165 400 $ - 194 700 $), à compter du 22 juin 2011.
