His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves

(a) the portion of the 2009-2010 to 2013-2014 corporate plan of the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation relating to the 2009-2010 fiscal year; and

(b) the portion of the 2010-2011 to 2014-2015 corporate plan of the Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation relating to the 2010-2011 fiscal year.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Pêches et des Océans et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve :

a) la portion du plan d’entreprise 2009-2010 à 2013-2014 de l’Office de commercialisation du poisson d’eau douce relative à l’exercice 2009-2010;

b) la portion du plan d’entreprise 2010-2011 à 2014-2015 de l’Office de commercialisation du poisson d’eau douce relative à l’exercice 2010-2011.
