                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to sections 20 and 52 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the revocation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity GC-91 by the National Energy Board, as set forth in the annexed draft Order RO-GC-91.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu des articles 20 et 52 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée l’annulation, par l’Office national de l’énergie, du certificat d’utilité publique GC-91, conformément au projet d’ordonnance RO-GC-91 ci-joint.
