His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Hellenic Republic concerning Youth Mobility; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Tony Clement, President of the Treasury Board and Minister for the Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario, or Renata Elisabeth Wielgosz, Ambassador of Canada to the Hellenic Republic, or Allison Gail Stewart, Counsellor, Embassy of Canada to Greece, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Hellenic Republic concerning Youth Mobility.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République hellénique concernant la mobilité des jeunes;

b) soit le ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Tony Clement, président du Conseil du Trésor et ministre de l’Initiative fédérale du développement économique dans le Nord de l’Ontario, ou Renata Elisabeth Wielgosz, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République hellénique, ou Allison Gail Stewart, conseillère, ambassade du Canada en Grèce, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République hellénique concernant la mobilité des jeunes.
