His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the Minister of Canadian Heritage in column II of that schedule opposite the name of the Office of the Co-ordinator, Status of Women in column I of that schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development in column II of that schedule opposite that name.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1.1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil modifie l’annexe I.1 de cette loi en remplaçant, à la colonne II, la mention «   Le ministre du Patrimoine canadien   » figurant en regard de la mention «   Bureau de la coordonnatrice de la situation de la femme   » de la colonne I par la mention «   Le ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences   ».
