His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2011-31 of January 28, 2011, effective April 1, 2011; and

(b) approves that the Minister of Transport enter into contribution agreements for the purpose of implementing the Ferry Services Contribution Program.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2011-31 du 28 janvier 2011 le 1^er avril 2011;

b) donne son agrément à la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, d’accords de contribution pour la mise en œuvre du Programme de contributions aux services de traversier.
