His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2009-465 of March 26, 2009; and

(b) approves that the Minister of Transport enter into contribution agreements, substantially in accordance with the terms and conditions as approved by the Treasury Board, for the purposes of implementing the Regional and Remote Passenger Rail Services Class Contribution Program.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2009-465 du 26 mars 2009;

b) agrée la conclusion, par le ministre des Transports, d’accords de contributions conformes en substance aux conditions approuvées par le Conseil du Trésor, pour la mise en œuvre du Programme de contributions aux services ferroviaires voyageurs dans les régions et les localités éloignées.
