His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 452 of An Act to amend the law governing financial institutions and to provide for related and consequential matters, chapter 6 of the Statutes of Canada, 2007, hereby fixes November 1, 2011, as the day on which sections 31, 33, 85, 89, 91, 165, 167, 363 and 365 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 452 de la Loi modifiant la législation régissant les institutions financières et comportant des mesures connexes et corrélatives, chapitre 6 des Lois du Canada (2007), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 1^er novembre 2011 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 31, 33, 85, 89, 91, 165, 167, 363 et 365 de cette loi.
