His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax and penalty is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Pierre Dupuis Income Tax Remission Order, No. 2.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant injuste la perception de l’impôt et de la pénalité, prend le Décret de remise d’impôt n° 2 visant Pierre Dupuis, ci-après.
