His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that the collection of the tax is unjust, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Kathryn Strigner Tax Remission Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, estimant injuste la perception de l’impôt, prend le Décret de remise d’impôt visant Kathryn Strigner, ci-après.
