His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) and section 21.1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby approves the variance and transfer of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity OC-26 and OC-46 by the National Energy Board in accordance with Amending Orders AO-4-OC-26 and AO-2-OC-46, copies of which are attached.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) et de l’article 21.1 de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la modification et le transfert, par l’Office national de l’énergie, des certificats d’utilité publique OC-26 et OC-46 conformément aux ordonnances modificatrices AO-4-OC-26 et AO-2-OC-46 ci-jointes.
