His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 2148 of the Jobs and Economic Growth Act, chapter 12 of the Statutes of Canada, 2010, hereby fixes the day on which this order is made as the day on which sections 2137 to 2147 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu de l’article 2148 de la Loi sur l’emploi et la croissance économique, chapitre 12 des Lois du Canada (2010), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à la date de prise du présent décret la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 2137 à 2147 de cette loi.
