His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour and the Minister of Transport, pursuant to sections 125, 125.1, 125.2, 126 and 157 of the Canada Labour Code, hereby makes the annexed Aviation Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.
