   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, pursuant to sections 10 and 18 of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, hereby appoints Stevan Horvath of Toronto, Ontario, to be President of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 5 ($122,600 - $144,300), effective April 11, 2011.

  Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation avec le conseil du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail, et en vertu des articles 10 et 18 de la Loi sur le Centre canadien d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Stevan Horvath, de Toronto (Ontario), président du Centre canadien d’hygiène et de sécurité au travail à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 5 (122 600 $ - 144 300 $), à compter du 11 avril 2011.
