   Whereas the Minister of Labour has consulted with the Minister of Canadian Heritage;

   Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 10 of the Status of the Artist Act, hereby re-appoints Elaine Mary Kierans of Toronto, Ontario, as Vice-chairperson of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal, on a part-time basis, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, and fixes her remuneration at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($590 - $690), effective May 11, 2011.

   À ces causes, sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu de l'article 10 de la Loi sur le statut de l'artiste, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Elaine Mary Kierans, de Toronto (Ontario), vice-présidente du Tribunal canadien des relations professionnelles artistes-producteurs, à temps partiel, à titre inamovible pour une période d’un an, et fixe sa rémunération au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (590 $ - 690 $), à compter du 11 mai 2011.
